Male dog cried and begged for help, sitting quietly watching his partner going to end

Dogs are such compassionate and emotionally intelligent creatures. They can make genuine friendships with other dogs and take after them when they are in need.

While no one stops to help the dog, her male friend maintains vigil over her, clearly concerned.

A stray dog in Azerbaijan was hit by a car and is injured on the ground, according to a video provided by the YouTube channel Pets In Love.

A bystander finally stops to help. He offers the dog a shirt, which the male dog uses as a blanket over his injured partner. They waited for help after a passerby summoned a rescue crew.

When the rescue crew comes, they take both dogs to the vet after winning their trust. While the injured female is receiving medical attention, the male dog remains in the room and never takes his gaze away from his friend.

As Ruby recovered, the dogs, now named Max and Ruby, were kept together in the same room. Ruby began walking again after one month, much to the relief of her partner Max.

Max and Ruby had a happy ending, according to Pets In Love: they were adopted and now live together in the United States, “living a wonderful and happy life!”
