The nightly routine of an aristocratic farmer changed the fate that some heartless had planned for a young cub just weeks old. A field worker in a remote area of Asia left his house extremely early to examine part of his crops, and on his way to begin his day, he heard the frantic cry of a vulnerable creature.

The man recognized it as an animal and went in search of the infant. When he discovered it, he concluded that someone had abandoned him in that remote location with the worst of intentions. In anguish, the small animal was attempting to free itself from a tree to which it had become stuck.

Outraged by the circumstance, the man intervened fast, untying the puppy, who immediately trusted him and leapt into his arms. The two had an instant connection, with the man drawn to the changing landscape and the beauty of the animal, and the puppy seeing him as his savior.

This unsung hero transported the puppy to a secure location to provide first care and check its physical condition.
