Ritter, a 4-year-old American Bulldog from Indiana, was recently surrendered to the Humane Society for Hamilton County. Ritter was surrendered due to the unfortunate circumstances that had befallen his family.
This development has substantially impacted Ritter’s house, as evidenced in the photos given by the shelter.
He misses his family too much and doesn’t understand why he has to spend all of his time in this frigid shelter. His spirit has been saturated with agony and misery.
He drops his head in grief and refuses to make eye contact now that heartbreak and dark pessimism have invaded his psyche.
Ritter will now be given a second opportunity when a wonderful family volunteers to adopt him! His new family pledges to love and care for him, making him feel secure and valued again. Keep going, Ritter; you’ll be OK, cute!
